What is the difference between the three packages?

Package 1 (RM300 + RM20/month) is a static 5-page site we maintain for you. Package 2 (RM500 + RM50/month) adds a full admin panel so you manage products, images and page text yourself with no limits. Package 3 (RM800 + RM100/month) adds a cart, FPX and card checkout, orders, stock control, shipping zones, discount codes and sales reports, with 1GB storage.

Q: Can I add an admin panel or e-commerce later?

Yes. Upgrading costs only the difference — RM200 from Package 1 to Package 2, RM300 from Package 2 to Package 3. The database structure is built in from day one, so nothing gets rebuilt from scratch.

Send everything to us on WhatsApp. We'll confirm before work begins, and follow up any time if information is missing or unclear.

We Build It (1–3 Working Days)

Our developer builds your website based on your content and preferences.

You review the site and request changes — up to 2 rounds of revisions are included.

Make Payment

Payment is due once the site is published — RM300, RM500 or RM800 depending on your package. The website will be taken down if payment isn't received within 3 days of launch.

Monthly Hosting

RM20, RM50 or RM100 a month depending on your package. Your billing date is set after your first payment. Missing a monthly payment leads to a temporary suspension, restored once payment is made — 3 consecutive missed months results in permanent takedown.

Common Questions

Do I need to already own a domain?

No — you can provide your own, or we can guide you through the purchase (we recommend GoDaddy.com), or manage it for you if you don't have one yet.

What happens if I don't pay after launch?

Your site will be taken down if the development payment (RM300, RM500 or RM800 depending on package) isn't received within 3 days of going live.

What if I miss a monthly hosting payment?

Your site is temporarily suspended and restored as soon as payment is made. After 3 consecutive missed months, the site is permanently taken down.

How many revisions do I get?

Two rounds of revisions are included before your site goes live. Additional revisions or larger changes after launch follow our standard change rates.

Can I add an admin panel or e-commerce later?

Yes — booking systems, e-commerce, login/member areas and admin panels are all available as quote-based add-ons once you're ready.

How many products and images can I add?

Package 1 supports 30 images and 10 products within 500MB. Packages 2 and 3 have no limit on either — only your storage quota applies (500MB on Package 2, 1GB on Package 3). Storage includes your database size, and extra 500MB blocks are RM50 a month.

What exactly does the monthly fee pay for?

Your hosting space, SSL renewal and maintenance. The quota is per client, not shared — you get warnings at 80% and 95%, and uploads are blocked at 100% so you're never billed by surprise.
